ADULT DAY SUPPORT PROGRAM
"Home Away From Home - a day at a time"
- Nursing and Personal Care
- Nutritional Assessment and Counselling
- Socialization, Recreation,and Exercise
- Day respite for the family caregiver
- Noon meal, morning and afternoon nourishment
- Cost of transportation is the responsibility of the client
- Attendance fee required
SKILLED NURSING PROGRAM
- Professional nursing assessment and treatment on a 24 hour basis
OTHER PROGRAMS & SERVICES
- Occupational Therapy
- Pharmacy
- Nutritional Services
- Recreational Therapy - indoor and outdoor activities including a wheelchair van for outings
- Volunteer Services
- Pastoral Care to meet the expresses spiritual needs of each resident
- Respite Care
APPLICATION & ADMISSION PROCEDURES
- Through Capital Health Authority Home Care, appropriate forms are forwarded to the Regional Continuing Care Services, Central Assessment and Placement(496-7500)
DONATIONS
- Tax deductible donations, memorials, and bequests are gratefully accepted by the Gray House Guild, a non-profit charitable organization
- Donors may designate the use of their contributions
