Concerns Resolution

The Allen Gray Continuing Care Centre strives to collaborate with our Resident's family members as partners in care in a transparent and inclusive manner. 

 

Our Safe Visitation Policy was created after an extensive survey from families and taking into account the risk profile of our facility.

We have designed a progressive  4- step conflict resolution mechanism in the event of a disagreement between a family member and the Allen Gray Continuing Care Centre about the program, its administration, or its compliance. To ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner, the procedure must be followed.

Please note that initiation of a Concern Resolution should start by bringing the concern to the  attention of the Care Manager of the Resident's assigned nursing floor.
