Indoor Essential Visits:

 

Space: Resident's room, Balconies and Indoor courtyard.

 

When you book your appointments, please indicate  the space upon booking.

 

All booking must be done as a standing schedule.

 

Space will be allocated upon availability.

Time : 09 :00 am- 07 .30 pm.

 

Our doors are closed at 8 pm, so all visits must be concluded by 7.30 pm.

 

If resident is in a shared Semi Private Room- Please check with roommate if she/he is okay with those visits, otherwise take your loved one to another common shared space by the TV area.

 

Only two DFSPs are allowed to visit in resident's room. If you want four people, please use the shared designated space due to space requirements.

Minors are allowed to visit and ensure they are wearing masks (if they are above 2 years old}. They should be identified as one of DFSP's and accompanied by an adult for their visit.

Indoor Social Visits: 

Main Designate Family/Support Person to book social visits to avoid any conflict situation with families.

 

All visitors must be screened upon entering to get access to the visiting area.

 

DFSP is not required to be present for the outdoor social visit.

Space: Chapel, Indoor courtyard

 

Time: 0900-07.30 pm. Our doors are closed at 8 pm, so all visits must be concluded by 7.30 pm.

Outdoor Visits

( Around the building):

Up to ten people (including resident), space permitting, for any resident or family that wants an outdoor social visit.

 

Physical distancing between households must be maintained at all times.

 

DFSPS are responsible to book all visits.

 

DFSP is not required to be present for the outdoor social visit.

Space: Outside of the building (Parking lot, Lake area, Gazebo).

Taking resident outside of the facility for Special Events:

 

  • Main DFSP to call the unit RN/Manager to book those outings. Staff to ensure resident is not on isolation and request can be accommodated or not.

  • Resident outing risk Assessment Forms has to be filled out by the RN when resident is leaving and upon their return

  • Ensure OFSP (Designated Family/Support Person) fill out the remaining session of the form on the back page.
